Return and Exchange Policy
All returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Patio Furniture Supplies is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during the return. All returned and exchanged products must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#) issued to you by Patio Furniture Supplies. All returns must be received within 15 days of the receipt of your products. All shipping costs must be paid by the customer. Shipping charges and handling fees are not refundable. Restocking fees may apply. Slings and pre-cut straps are custom-made and are not returnable or refundable.
