Shipping Dates & Methods

Most products are available to ship within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment; custom-made orders like slings, premium umbrellas, pre-cut straps and tires will ship when completed. Times indicated on the Delivery Information page are the carriers' estimated time of delivery from shipment. An email will be sent to you when your order ships. Slings with stock fabrics normally ship 10-14 calendar days after receipt of payment; slings with special order fabrics normally ship in 14-21 calendar days. Premium umbrellas with stock fabric covers normally ship in approximately 21 days and 30 days during the summer; those with special order fabrics may take a week longer. Pre-cut straps and tires may take 3-7 calendar days. Patio Furniture Supplies is an online retailer and is not open to receive visitors. All orders are shipped via Fedex or US Postal Service to US addresses depending on the items ordered and their destination.
